Bilingual health education improves dietary behavior and metabolic indicators in obese Mongolian adolescents

A 6-month Mongolian-Chinese bilingual health education intervention for 111 obese adolescents (from 2,210 screened) significantly improved dietary choices, exercise habits, sleep patterns, and metabolic profiles.
