In a cross-sectional study of 1,070 Tibetan and Han adolescents aged 12-18, both regular exercise (≥60 min/day of MVPA on most days) and weekend warrior patterns (≥60 min/day on fewer days) were associated with better physical health scores compared to insufficient activity. The odds ratios were 2.193 (95% CI: 1.324-3.633) for regular activity and 3.278 (95% CI: 1.386-7.749) for weekend warrior pattern, with no significant difference between them (p=0.417).
