Among 10,232 Chinese adults aged 60+, moderate-to-vigorous physical activity (MVPA) was associated with 15.8% lower odds of falls (OR=0.842, 95% CI: 0.745-0.952) compared to low physical activity. The combination of MVPA and optimal sleep (6-8 h) was associated with the lowest fall risk (OR=0.524, 95% CI: 0.440-0.626) relative to the reference group.
