Among 12,036 OSA patients, 66.3% had positional OSA (POSA) and 27.8% had supine-exclusive POSA. POSA patients had lower AHI (24.1 vs. 44.4 events/h), lower BMI (29.2 vs. 31.4 kg/m²), and were slightly younger than non-POSA patients, with differences more pronounced at lower AHI levels.
