In a qualitative study of 79 urban Indian young adults (aged 21-30) from eight metropolitan cities, participants identified adequate sleep as one of three key perceptions of a healthy lifestyle, alongside consuming a balanced diet and leading an active life. The study used in-depth interviews and thematic analysis to explore barriers and facilitators of a healthy lifestyle.
