Combined apigenin and magnesium (A+M) enhances sleep duration in normal and insomnia mouse models
The combination of apigenin and magnesium significantly increased sleep duration in normal mice by 44%, in caffeine-induced sleep-disturbed mice by 32%, and in PCPA-induced insomnia mice by 37%, outperforming individual treatments.
