Quercetin improves night-time sleep in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus
In a randomized controlled trial, 500 mg quercetin daily for 12 weeks (with a washout and second supplementation period) significantly improved night-time sleep by 11.6% compared to a 7.3% worsening in the control group (p < 0.001). The study included 88 patients with T2DM completing the trial.
