In 14-day and 90-day repeat-dose oral toxicity studies in Sprague-Dawley rats, TruCBN™ at doses of 100, 200, and 400 mg/kg/day produced no adverse clinical signs, body weight changes, food consumption effects, or clinical pathology changes. The no-observed-adverse-effect-level (NOAEL) was determined to be 400 mg/kg/day.
